Continuous Improvement Manager - Depew, NY

PCB Piezotronics, Inc, a global leader in the manufacture of sensors for test and measurement applications, is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager in our Depew Corporate office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall responsibility for continuous improvement activities company wide, including Six Sigma, strategic lean initiatives & events, development of quality systems to maintain compliance with required quality standards, and management of quality functions such as inspection and auditing. Duties include the development, implementation, and maintenance of such programs and initiatives. Additional responsibilities include directing staff in the collection of baseline metrics to measure both initial and on-going processes, auditing lean initiatives, and working with all departments to ensure lean implementation is utilized.

Candidates must have ten + years experience in a similar quality management position in a technical manufacturing environment, and significant experience in leading Six Sigma & Lean initiatives. BS degree in Engineering required, advanced degree preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and leadership experience also required. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt required.
