Designer III - Depew, NY

PCB Piezotronics, Inc, a global leader in the manufacture of sensors for test and measurement applications, is looking for a Design Engineer for our Depew,NY facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible to complete moderately complex to complex product design projects and tasks, while following company procedures, and meeting established cost, time, and deliverable goals. Will be responsible for creating/modifying part and assembly drawings, BOMs, and Engineering specifications of significant complexity. Other duties include demonstrating expert- level CAD proficiency to teach and assist others.

AAS CAD or BS Engineering Technology required. ADDA certification preferred. 10+ years experience in a similar manufacturing environment required. Excellent communication skills also required for interaction with other Designers, Engineers and Operations management & staff. Computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office, CAD, and 3D modeling software. Must have strong analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task. Quality Systems, and Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
