Director Sales and Marketing - Depew, NY

This person will direct our sales and marketing efforts and be responsible for all aspects of sales, design, and manufacturing of quality, profitable products for division of PCB. This person will develop, maintain, and is accountable for a strategic plan and an annual division budget consistent with corporate expectation: 15% bookings growth, unconditional customer satisfaction and pricing policies consistent with gross margin improvements. A four year technical degree or equivalent specialized training plus an MBA or MS degree preferred. Over fifteen years of experience in a high tech, instrumentation or related industry specific to a group market focus. Over ten years in a management role.
