Production Manager - Halifax, NC

PCB Piezotronics, Inc, a global leader in the manufacture of sensors for test and measurement applications, is looking for an experienced Production Manager for our Halifax NC location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production and assembly of products to meet on time and quality requirements. Duties include supervision and development of staff, and proper utilization of production and human resources to maximize efficiency. Additionally responsible for communication with production planning & scheduling, departmental budgets, and meeting production metrics and objectives.

Candidates must have 5-10 years experience in a similar position, including supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, and should be familiar with lean manufacturing processes. BS degree in a Business or Technical field required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical & problem solving skills also required. Candidates must also be proficient in Microsoft Office.
